  Children in the neighborhood of Los Cipreses are growing their forest as their urban community in San José, Costa Rica embraces restoration efforts.  The opportunity to walk and get muddy with members of the community and watch a dream evolve, has been a highlight for collaborators of IAFN throughout the year.
  
  
• La Cangreja Biological Corridor - Scarlet Macaw Conservation
  The scarlet macaw biological corridor project is a multifaceted conservation project that  involves extensive reforestation along with extensive community outreach designed to raise awareness in the area´s local residents, organized groups and related institutions about the need to protect the red macaw population.  We have 50,000 native spieces trees ready to plant
